Owner of business boat a boat with out a title from someone who didnot have the legal right to sale boat. And then after he found out who the right owner of boat was he told him he could not get his boat back unless he paid towing and storage. These people are salt of the Earth. I came in needing a new starter on a Mercruiser 5.0. Its Wednesday and I needed it for a huge family gathering beginning Saturday for a week at Lake Anna. They took me in an fixed it the same day. They certainly didn't have to do so but made the time. Thank you all for your kindness and situational understanding. You will forever have my business and my recommendations!
Wish I could give less than 1 star. Had them work on my bilge area and all they had to do was connect the bilge pumps, livewell pumps and the float switch. Make sure everything was plugged in and sealed. Picked the boat up and the first lie I was told was that I did not need the float switch, the bilge pumps had them built in... They decided to keep it disconnected and not add it back in to the loop. They hooked up the live well backwards on the port side so open is closed and closed is open and the levers are bent with over... read more
