Best staff ever I appreciate the help
I could not be h a ppier with the care I recieve at the Shen. VA. Staff is professional and very friendly
This is not the first time I’ve ever gotten screwed by the VA. I was scheduled to come in for a second bloodwork at 9:00am. I arrived early at 8:40am and checked in. While waiting in the Waiting Room, 6 other guys arrived afterwards, were called into the offices, dutifully serviced, and left the premises. I’m still in the Waiting Room alone by 9:50am….over 1 hour!! I tell the girls at the desk I’m outta here as they forgot about me where there doesn’t seem to be an organized process here. I’d give ZERO! This place is AWFUL. It looks nice but the staff does not care about its patients. My loved one who was disabled during deployment went here for being actively suicidal and violent towards other from his PTSD and they gave him an appt that was almost 6 months away!!! Only to cancel!!! They only have nurse practitioners, NO doctors. If you need a doctor they put you in a room with a computer for a video call with one! HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR OUR VETERANS!!!!!
