We had our first set of shutters installed 22 years ago. We continued to add more shutters until every window in our home had Shenandoah Shutters. I love them! We will never go back to curtains or drapes again. The installers were very professional every time they came and did a great job!
This wasn't a good experience purchasing Shutters with this company. Sanel that did my measurements was good about acknowledging my concerns and had the installers returned twice to address problems with the installment. However, I wasn't very please with the look of my Shutters and spoke with the owner and address my concerns, but he never offer or suggested any resolutions, not even offer to come out and look at my shutters for himself. These are not your run-of-the-mill shutters. They are extraordinarily well made and sturdy. Shenandoah Shitters also did a few other things: They showed up when they said they’d show up. They did what they said they’d do. They charged what they said they’d charge. Does it get better than that!?!
Absolutely outstanding. Shenandoah installed plantation shutters in a few rooms of our home. The shutters are well built, solid, sturdy, and beautiful. Every employee and technician with whom we interacted at Shenandoah was professional, reliable, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. We worked with Shenandoah Shutters in the summer/fall of 2020, and they were a wonderful team to work with. We had a unique request for sliding plantation shutters in an indoor loft space, and they sent their best people to figure out a plan - came up with a great design and at a reasonable cost. Getting on their schedule for the build and installation took some time, but that was the case everywhere in fall/winter 2020.
