This company handles warranty repairs for Kolbe Windows. I purchased 60,000 dollars worth of Kolbe windows and doors with the 20 year K Kron finish and a 10 year warranty for my new home. After five year I experienced major rot of the sashes on one large bank of windows. As it turns out this is a very common complaint.
