Kim, the receptionist was awesome! Not only was she extremely professional, she was sooo very personable and friendly! This was my second time there and I would highly recommend Shenandoah Optical to anyone!
Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Simmers was very detailed, explained all his steps at the end and answered all my questions.

Was in and out in about 30 mins for an exam. Front desk and assistant were very friendly. The optometrist was strait forward and clinical which I prefer in my doctor's. Will come back again in a year.
Called today at 11:42 to make an appointment....receptionist was incredibly unpleasant....rude even....has zero business working with people....I am still incredulous at the way I was spoken to....how you could have someone like that working for you I don't know (unsure name, a man). They cost you my business and I guarantee plenty of other business as well. I recommend cleaning house....or perhaps a lesson in how to interact appropriately with other humans.
