After purchasing my buick encore , yes the transaction was smooth and they bent over backwards to get me in the car even offered to come to my job so I could sign the papers. Now here we are 2 years alter and I want to trade it in and they cant help me . They knew when I bought this car it was NOT what I wanted and DIDNT intend to keep it because it most certainly didnt have the options I wanted and was told it wasnt gonna be a problem trading it in.
