I just wanted to say that the people here are so kind and helpful!! I’m not from this area but when traveling here my airflow sensor got messed up and I needed it replaced. The part I needed wasn’t available today, they said it would need to be shipped in and it would take a few days but I have to leave tomorrow, but I was able to find the part I needed from Autozone and I asked if they would be willing to replace the part if I got it. This Dealership cares more about themselves than customers..I purchased a P/u from them in june..an the 1st. Day in July Gmc was have a pay what a Employee pays.. could save moneyTerry new about the Employee pricing sale before Hand.. seems like they just wantin make a deal /sale..may want go elsewhere.to buy..never did get a buyers guide.. ask time after time!!!!!
It would be great if they didn't tear my skidplate up doing oil changes. 08/21, made an appointment on their system to get an oil change and tire rotation. I live in Inwood WV which is 40 minutes away. When I show up I was told that they don't have an 11 o'clock. I said I'm sure I made the appointment for today, then checked my copy and said "yes, August 21st 11AM". He said we'll something is wrong with the system so it's not coming through on our side.
