This place is a joke just now getting a EOB from January 2023 for services for my daughter. Now you want personal info on my wife because she covers the insurance. My daughter needs to find a new medical provider. Pretty sure there is fraud going on at this place and then fire people when someone questions it or make them look like the bad one.
Tried the “waiting list” option from automated messaging. It cost me the original appt I had scheduled, then was offered an appt 3 weeks from today. Would not recommend as it apparently just offers you any available slot, not necessarily an appt with the same amount of time as the appt that was previously scheduled. As someone being treated for pain control I cannot wait another 3 weeks for my shoulders to be injected.

Today had appointment with Dr.Goodmen they gave me paperwork and sat in waiting room less than 5 minutes. I was treated with 💯 RESPECT from staff and Dr.Goodman very funny and RESPECTFUL. I would definitely go back to this Doctor. I was nervous at first from the reviews but everyone was so pleasant I give all A+.
New to town and had to take my son to the emergency, service is fine but the emergency care parking is full of cars from lazy nurses who don't want to walk , I'm parked a block almost 2 away to be able to get into the emergency room with my son , if you ask me it's bull crap to allow employees to park in the emergency room parking I think next time I'll go to Hamburg
