My doctor and nurses were fantastic. The billing department is horrific. I had my baby TWO full years ago, and they continuously send me bills. They can't seem to keep track of how much I've paid or for what. All ultrasounds are billed through another business entirely. My doctor called a doctor at another hospital. That call somehow resulted in me receiving a bill for over $200 from the other hospital. I've had to set up multiple payment plans and reset the payment plans because they keep adding more random bills.
So disappointing when you have to wait 2 months for a mental health appointment then they have you in the waiting room for 25 minutes just to have the receptionist come tell you that you have to fill out paperwork and because they can’t give you ten minutes to fill it out, you have to reschedule. 3 months out this time. What a joke!
People here seem to be disinterested in working.
An absolute awful employer, the company will push you out and make up any excuse to make sure that it’s your fault and not yours. The HR is a joke and refuses to be helpful in the slightest. If you’re looking for a job you will be better treated working for McDonald's.
Yesterday, I had 2 family members in the ER. The ER Doc was great working with my brother and my little Niece. The ER staff were awesome as well and the on duty Paramedics made sure our baby niece received some Halloween Candy as she was too sick to join in on the Halloween fun that day!
