Einkorn flour is a special ancient grain, great for folks like me who make our own sourdough- I am so excited to be using his special wheat, organically grown in the US. Bread starter smells delicious and cannot wait to make bread! Thank you for quick turn around Kevin!

I bought some containers from them about a month ago and they have already turned out to be poor quality. Very disappointed and now that I’ve moved to a different city, I don’t even know what to do about returning them. Would not recommend.
