Call center does not know what appointments are scheduled. Speaks unintelligible English while asking for personal information to update chart. NOPE!!! Sounds like a typical scam phone call.
I was a 30 yr patient. This clearing house firm has sullied the Dr's good rep. They left me 23 days hanging for refills to curb my chronic nerve pain. Never answered the phones. Had to make 4 calls to have them tell me to drive 3 hours for a referral to a pain specialist. Almost pushed me to suicide. These people are highly unprofessional and negligent. I'm considering filing a malpractice lawsuit. Find another Dr. Sorry doc Roth, it's not personal, the inmates are running the asylum.
If I could choose a 0, I would. Called two times to get a referral faxed to another Dr and the office girl hung up twice!!! Horrible!!! (God see all) to the ladies in the office!!! Disgusting the way you treat people because of YOUR laziness!
This place is VERY dysfunctional & the absolute worst place to work.... There’s little structure but the call center is horrible, no knowledge of anything going on, very sarcastic & just an overall disappointment. There’s no communication & all the good doctors have left because this place is going down you’ll go months with important medication & the just give you the run around. I DON’T recommend this clinic at all run and go elsewhere
