Do not buy! Should have read the reviews. Extremely poor quality control, no urgency for replacements, so kitchen delayed by weeks. Received replacement cabinet with the exact same defect as the first, finally had to accept the defect as it was holding up the project waiting for the 3rd replacement. Lowe’s you need to do better or pick a better supplier. I’d be embarrassed to have any association with this brand. Customer service’s answer to the trouble was to offer a paltry $40 gift card for the hassle.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER!! These are worst cabinets I have ever seen. The craftsmanship is terrible! They slap them together and ship them off hoping that you will just take in the @ss! Because you’re not going to know what you got until you start installing them. Then you will find that they missed the ‘quality inspection’ part before allowing them to leave their manufacturing business. This is absolutely without a doubt, the worst product ever produced in the history of the United States. I spent $14,000 on cabinets for my new house and when they arrived they were all broken and none of them were assembled correctly. As a Lowe's Pro who spends a lot of money there, I demanded that the manufacturer come out to the job site and look at these. After fighting within they finally decided to come out. If I could give this manufacturer a 0 I would. I bought these cabinets from Lowes who said they come with a lifetime warranty. Sounds great until the caninets began to peel away . I took pics and called Lowes . Shenandoh rep was supposed to come to my home to see exactly my problem but Im getting the run around. Do yourself a favor DON'T buy anything from this manufacturer Shenandoh Cabinets they do not last and customer service is non existent!!!!!
Do Not get your cabinets from this company they do not stand by their products. They delivered me damaged cabinets and 5 months later the top layers are coming off. Poor quality even if you upgrade to a better quality wood product. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to waste your time and money. I wish I would have known.
