Extremely Disappointed with the Quality Our customer spent over $10,000 on these cabinets and expected exceptional quality, but unfortunately they arrived with cracks throughout multiple doors and frames. For the amount of money we invested, this level of craftsmanship is completely unacceptable. As others have reported, these are poor quality cabinets. They arrived broken, chipped and cracked. The overall look is cheap and I should have asked more questions and looked at the reviews prior to purchase. Three weeks without use of my kitchen because they cannot re order cabinets timely or ones that are not damaged. The painted cabinet doors were touched up with paint that did not match the finish. Horrible quality. Have had them for 2 years and all of the drawer faces are falling apart. They did send replacements but I’m sure those are garbage too.
Very poor quality
Cheap contractor grade cabinets that I purchased through Lowe’s. Lots of random marks across all of the cabinets. Shelves were of poor quality and the veneer covering was actually peeling off. See attached pictures. Can’t believe that there’s no quality control. Overall a disappointing purchase.
