there was a slight scheduling issue that required me to wait a bit longer than i should have to get my cat treated, but once i was seen they were really good to him and were very nice and understanding of the situation and offered an alternative that would work best for me and my cat! overall, very good people

They are nice to my cat but always so rude to me. Overcharged me. Lied about a discount. Kept forgetting what we discussed so my 16 year old cat doesnt get a thorough exam and kept having to go back to do everything that should have been done the first time causing more stress to my diabetic elderly cat.
