Dr. Shen is a pleasure to work with. He is caring and takes the most care of his patients. I had a procedure with him and I feel much better than prior. I highly recommend him if you are experiencing back pain.
I had significant bilateral pain from lower back to upper thigh. I actually, would buckle as I rose from a sitting position due to this debilitating pain. Dr. Shen is the Real Deal! From the moment I contacted Shen-Spine, I was made to feel like a priority. His office called me back the next day and I was scheduled to see Dr. Shen within three days. Surgery was booked two weeks later, since I had all scans, etc., and had already gone through years of preliminary treatment and was a good candidate for surgery. Dr. Shen is a rare find in today's medical world. He's compassionate and caring. I was likely one of his more involved patients needing 2 spinal fusions. He did both of them laporscopically. I hit some bumps during recovery but am very thankful for where I am today. A shoutout to his staff, Crystal & Mary Jo. Both are always helpful and respond to things in a timely manner.
