Dr Shen is the best doctor experience I have ever had. My dad spent his whole career in the malpractice insurance business so I am very careful about trusting doctors. I am also a gut feeling person and trusted Dr. Shen right away and never felt nervous, not even right before the surgery. Dr. Shen is the best doctor I have ever had. I had Endoscopic Spine Surgery at C6-7 both sides. It releases nerve pressure caused my fore arm pain, stinging and figure tip numbness. The surgery went very smoothly and recover quickly. I am able lay pickleball after 3 weeks. I can't find a word to thanks doctor Shen, you change my life! Dr Shen did my back surgery when I was in such excruciating pain and was going through the worst time. His laparoscopic surgery made it possible to leave with a minimal cut. It was performed so well that I walked out of the hospital after my recovery. The pain was completely gone within 2 weeks without physical therapy. Highly recommend and have suggested his name to others without a second thought Thank you Dr Shen for relieving my pain and making me walk pain free again
Dr. Shen is amazing. Not once but twice my husband has had different back issues and the pain was chronic. Dr. Shen both times fixed the issues and within a couple weeks of the procedures my husband is back to normal. No pain. Dr. Shen is so knowledgeable and offers the best care ever! His staff, Mary Jo and Crystal are caring and supportive. We had a tough time dealing with insurance and Mary Jo went above and beyond dealing with the problem. What a great team, we cannot be more appreciative. Thank you.
