Was my first visit with Dr. Song. She was very informative and thoroughly answered all my questions.
Really upset with service, no help was provided at all. All that we been told that we have to see urologist instead of nephrologist, we paid $173 at the office and also received bill week after that we have to pay extra $65. Question “for what” we came in my dad had horrible pain we waited 3 days to get in we came, and received zero help because we been told that they not the one that we need, we left we paid and after that again bill for extra payment!!! Horrible will never advise to anyone
Dr. Song is very personable, and she listens and explains things carefully.
