I went in for a traditional sew in. The braid down was extremely tight and pulling my edges, the hair was cut uneven and I brought 4 bundles but she would only instal 2.5. When I emailed to let her know about these issues she did not respond. To top it off the studio was not clean. The website advertised braid down with net was included , but I had to pay extra for the braid down and there were lots of add-on charges for styling/curls that was not explicitly mentioned during the appointment. My daughter was referred by a friend to Shen for a wig install for her senior prom. Shen did the thing! My daughter was not only extremely happy with the final results but enjoyed the space and conversation. She received so many compliments on her hair and had other friends who wear wigs asking where she got hers done 🤩. Shen is professional and friendly. I came to this place last minute due to an error made from a previous stylist. They were accommodating, professional and lots of fun. Shen you're amazing! Really detailed and serious about her craft. Loved getting to know you, Can't wait to see you again and get another great style, thank you!!
Shen is so knowledgeable. I came in looking for advice on hair extensions and wigs to get for her birthday. She was so patient and explained everything in a way that I could understand; making my decision super easy. My girlfriend was so happy and pleased with my purchase.
