I’ve been seeing Dr. Henry Chong for many years, and he has always been extremely patient with my questions and concerns. Dr. Chong is very friendly, which makes every visit a positive experience. I have been coming to Dr. Herman Shen since 2008 for his care under the Ortho-k treatment :) I’m in my mid-twenties now and still have been using my ortho-k lenses consistently and have never had any issues with them! They have truly changed my life as they kept my growing prescription under control when I was growing up and currently they save me the hassle of having to wear glasses or daily soft contacts and I can do a lot of activities where I may not be able to wear glasses or soft contacts during the day while being abl... read more
Have been going here for several years, and the staff are all very nice and open to questions. Dr. Shen is also very professional. The ortho-k lenses that I got from here were quite helpful and made everyday easier with the clearer eyesight it provides.
the receptionists are nice and efficient. Definitely recommend Dr Nathan! He’s professional and detail oriented. He answered all of my questions and gave me helpful tips to take care of my eyes. He’s patient and nice. And he even prescribed me an ointment for my tiny stye (I didn’t pay too much attention to it, since it was almost gone, but it’s still there). Overall, he is a great doctor for your eyes.
Made a same day appointment and was attended by a very kind receptionist who spoke fluent English and Cantonese. Then examined by Dr. Nathan Shen who was professional, friendly, highly competent. Will return.
