April 13th, 2026 - Today I called to ask about my record but the receptionist was very rude when responding. I thought she was just having a bad day so I was fine when she put me on hold, but I could still hear her complaining to others about me in the background. Very unprofessional.
I started in elementary school and have been using ortho-k for decades now with no issues. I like the convenience of not having to wear glasses or classic contact lenses. I just wear them to sleep and take them out in the morning and I can see very well.
Dr. Willette King is an amazing eye doctor. She is kind, careful, easy to talk to, and especially great with kids. She takes care of my whole family, and we’re so grateful for her excellent care. She always makes sure everyone feels comfortable and well cared for. Kathy at the front desk is outstanding, friendly, helpful, and always follows up with me, which I really appreciate her help.
Ortho-k treatment was great and now I don’t need to use glasses anymore. Thorough checkups and reminders a week before appointment.
