I write this review with a very heavy heart. I was a patient of Dr. Michael Shen for 20 years. We go back to when he had an office in Highland Park, and his wife was his receptionist. She was always wonderful. I want to make this quick. I wanted my first review of Michael to be positive, but that is not the case.
