Possibly one of the worst painters. Sloppy and messy are two words I would use to describe Shem-Tov. They leave streaks, paint on floors, and paint your appliances/fixtures. Do not use them.
We just had a few rooms painted by shemTov and couldn’t be happier. They did an excellent job- were professional, trustworthy and cared about our home. Highly recommend
I have use Shem-Tov many times. His prices are competitive- less expensive than other quotes I get but the quality of work is excellent. He is a pleasure to deal with - prompt and always cleans up after he finishes a job. I highly recommend him!
Have used Shem Tov several times and have always been very happy with the work and end result. Work always a better price than other painters, but the work remains quality!
