Does Not Honour Returns Policy I purchased two 2m x 1.2m shelves from Shelving Sunnybank's online store on 27/01/25. Shortly after, I received a text informing me they were out of stock and would arrive in three weeks. Fair enough. Have bought 5 shelves from them over the years and I’ve always been thoroughly impressed with the quality but today’s experience was excellent. I came in late to buy two more shelves and needed them delivered the same day (a Saturday). The friendly guy that served me said sure, I’ll deliver them after we close for the day - I was blown away, especially considering it was so late on a Saturday afternoon. Absolute legends, thank you so much for going the extra mile for me every time :)

We purchased three of the 1.2x2x0.5m (in black) shelves at such a bargain!! The quality of the shelves are quite good, although there were a few minor scratches on some of the pieces when unpacked. However, we weren’t too fussed considering the price and quality met our expectations. These shelves also won’t be inspected closely as these will be stored in our garage.
