I purchased wire shelving 8''x 24''x72'' with add on parts to make 2 36'' units . We are re- doing a total upgrade on a home our self's .On 2022 I called after opening the 2 packages, that the extra parts where not there. The said there where 3 packages sent and there was 2 invoices not just one but when I copied it I just had the 1. They could not do anything about it. After 15 days. another thing I did not know.
