They lost my kids' only pictures with Santa I had taken for the whole season. They wouldn't call me back to schedule the family session we paid for at the Santa photo shoot. After two calls and a text message, I finally received a text back letting me know they would contact me after they got back to their office. 15 days later I still had no answers so I asked for a refund.
