We heard about Shelton's through a family member and had 2 other quotes already coming in to remodel our kitchen. In the past one thing that has always been a source of frustration is working with people who do not communicate or don't follow through on their word. They give you a date and time, then when that time comes they aren't there, and you are left having to track them down. Then if you say something about it you are related to as being "too sensitive".
