In a two week time frame, I called the business line three times, called the cell phone three times and left a message twice. Told the man where I lived (10 minutes from shop), that my air was out, and if he could look at my unit at his earliest convience. Not a single phone call was answered nor was a phone call recieved in response to my messages. This man was recommended to me by a friend as I like to go by recommendations.
