Brian Shelton and his masterful auto body and mechanic crew are the only place I will ever bring my cars for repair on Maui. Brian is a dream to work with! He's an advocate for you to get the best work done at a completely fair and reasonable rate. He breaks down the processes for the repairs and costs so they are easy to understand. ** 5 STARS isn't ENOUGH ** Truly - there isn't enough accolades that I can give for the overall service we have received from Shelton's. This shop is BUSY - and I understand why. The owner Brian (who I always called Shelton and only recently realized it wasn't his 1st name) goes OUT of his way to explain everything; to give a FAIR and REASONABLE quote; does his BEST to stick to the promised timeframe; is HONEST and isn't trying to pull the wool over your eyes; and is in general, just an ALL-ROUND NICE GUY - who KNOWS CARS!... read more
Brian and Shelton's did an amazing job repairing the badly dented rear end of my Lexus, from dealing with the insurance company, to the expert paint and repair work. It took a little time to get parts, but Shelton's went above and beyond, and threw in some extras that made the wait worthwhile. Mahalo, Brian!
