I loved living in Shelton Station, these apartments really have everything you could ask for. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained and have a ton of storage (even outside on the balcony) which was really convenient. I never felt unsafe living here, all of the residents are really friendly and Will Sideris is a great manager, really helpful and personable. The leasing office and maintenance team are the best! I have loved living here.
Good location. Carrboro is a good spot. Warning that month to month rent can jump to nearly 2x the base rent should you need to extend. Definitely ended our time here on a sour note.
The best-run apartment complex I've ever been in. Will Sideris adds so much to the community organizing events, putting lots of thoughtful touches around the building, and always being friendly & professional. We appreciate him! The maintenance guy (sorry I'm blanking on his name) is also terrific and ultra fast.
I toured here with Will who was very friendly and welcoming. We were Impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and very nice apartments!! Unbeatable location in Carboro. Recommend to anyone looking in this area.
