The best-run apartment complex I've ever been in. Will Sideris adds so much to the community organizing events, putting lots of thoughtful touches around the building, and always being friendly & professional. We appreciate him! The maintenance guy (sorry I'm blanking on his name) is also terrific and ultra fast.
I toured here with Will who was very friendly and welcoming. We were Impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and very nice apartments!! Unbeatable location in Carboro. Recommend to anyone looking in this area.

Great apartments and wonderful location! I loved living here and would recommend to anyone. Really cannot emphasize how amazing the location was, and how responsive the management and maintenance team was. Particularly big shout out to Will Sideris on the management team who was incredibly helpful in managing a couple issues for me!
