The apartment is spacious, clean, and well laid out. The Triangle is expensive but the rent here is competitive. The location can't be beat with everything you could need or want from groceries to restaurants very walkable. The property management really cared and came through for me just when I needed it. Residents are diverse and considerate. Brand new but hopefully longtime resident.

I loved living in Shelton Station, these apartments really have everything you could ask for. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained and have a ton of storage (even outside on the balcony) which was really convenient. I never felt unsafe living here, all of the residents are really friendly and Will Sideris is a great manager, really helpful and personable.
