I should’ve known this would be a disgusting visit when the front desk lady had a dissatisfying tone in her voice. She was completely unprofessional and has lack of respect for people when trying to be serviced. Not only I had to wait longer than a hour but they allowed 3 other people to be serviced before me when those individuals came in AFTER I did. No one in the building to draw blood was told I’d have to wait 1 1/2 hours for the person to come in to draw natera dna blood draw. I live 45mins away this was very inconvenient. As this is the only place to get in done in my area.
