Technician showed up when he said he would. Thorough explanation of best case worst case scenario price. Made repairs quickly. Was satisfied with price and workmanship. Will use again.
Called thre office on Friday and they had an appointment available Monday afternoon. Monday morning they called and were able to move the appointment up to late morning. Brandon arrived and was very professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem in short order. We were very pleased with the company and the technician. We will definetly call Shelton for any future plumbing needs.
