I would not have been able to get through the probate of my mother's estate without this help and guidance. The patience and advice from Kimberly Shelton, as well as answering any question, was what made the process of dealing with my mother's estate easier and lesson the stress. It allowed me to focus on what I needed to do; grieve. Kimberly Shelton was an awful guardian ad lidem. At my mother's final hearing, Kimberly Shelton recommended to the court that my mother be left with an 80 year old felon who was dying of cancer. Kimberly Shelton did not properly report my mother's medical condition to the court. My mother died 45 days after the final hearing. The felon died 4 months after. But, she got her over $20,000 fee.
