Kimberly Shelton was an awful guardian ad lidem. At my mother's final hearing, Kimberly Shelton recommended to the court that my mother be left with an 80 year old felon who was dying of cancer. Kimberly Shelton did not properly report my mother's medical condition to the court. My mother died 45 days after the final hearing. The felon died 4 months after. But, she got her over $20,000 fee.
Kimberly was recommended to me to assist in handling an estate settlement and home closing. She was very responsive to all my questions and made this process extremely easy. I would certainly utilize her services again should the need arise.
Kim is an outstanding attorney and an even better person. She kept us informed throughout the legal process and explained everything in layman's terms. If you want a trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney who looks after your interest, you should retain Kimberly Shelton. She is the best!!!
