Communication has not been easy. Telephone numbers are not working. Response time for emails is more than several days. I have not been prepared for my probate hearing and it has been months since I first contacted them in July.

They were very detailed in covering all options for my trust. Not just the financial but also concerns about how relationships are a part of my planning. I feel much more comfortable knowing that my kids are taken care of when something happens to me. I also love the flat fee approach that lasts for 10 years! I worked with another company prior to Sheltonpower and treated me like a "fill in the blank" client. When I needed them, they charged me more money to make sure my trust was in order.
