This is a FAKE company!!! They SCAM you for your credit card information. There is NO business at this address. They have a spiel where you make an appointment on the phone with a discount and then they call back to change the appointment. In the meantime they have your credit card information. They say your appointment has to change because their “service worker won’t have any parts for awhile” Their callback number is from the Midwest and not California. They don’t know the local area.
Everything went off without a hitch. Shelton Heating & Air Conditioning Co kept me updated via text when the technician was on the way, which allowed me to run my errands accordingly without having to wait for a large window. Once there, the process was seamless and quick. Highly Recommend

As a new customer, I had two professionals from Waterbury over for service. One for plumbing and one for HVAC. Kevin 5 for plumbing to repair a gas pipe leak. His colleague on the HVAC. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. I felt very comfortable at the end of the appointment and happy that everything was fixed. They both did a fantastic job and I will definitely use Shelton Heating again in the future!
Shelton Heating & Air Conditioning Co did a very neat and thorough job installing my water heater, furnace & air conditioning unit. Also we are very flexible with scheduling. I recommend them!
