Shelton Electrical was very nice over the phone. They scheduled me and took my credit card info. On the day of the scheduled visit 10am-1pm, I called right at 12:45om and no answer. I called again at 3:30pm, no answer. I texted and no answer. They completely ghosted me after taking my information and scheduling a visit. I’m not calling them scammers but certainly very unprofessional.
They were prompt, explained everything clearly and completed the work to a high standard. Would use again.
