Had a problem with my ACC & LKAS system on my 2015 honda crv. Colt and the guys ran a computer scan on my car. Tuned out to a problem with the camera for the system. Since it was beyond their shop ability he gave me the printed out reports I could take to a dealer. Best part..NO CHARGE!! Being a senior citizen on a fixed income this was a BIG BLESSING!! I will be back for more service in the future!! THANK YOU GUYS!!
I took my corvette to Sheltons in Derby and they did a great job fixing the engine problem so a few days later I took my Hummer there for a front end alignment and they did a great job on the alignment. Keep up the good work!
Shelton is one of the most honest repair people I've dealt with. I went in because my car was making a lot of noise and had trouble starting and not only did they show in the car how bad my wires had gotten chewed (didn't know that was a thing that could happen), they also gave some sound advice to keep something similar from happening. My fiance has also made it a point to only go there because of the honest service. They can be a little gruff over the phone, but they're worth it.
They were honest, reasonably priced, and had the car ready in a timely fashion. Mechanics were friendly, and helpful.
Great experience! Great service! Great price! 100% satisfaction! I definitely recommend shelton to anyone who is looking!!
