It is freezing in Vermont as I write this, but we are snug and warm in our Netzero home built by Shelterwood Construction Company. Our home is beautiful and we feel safe and comfortable whatever the weather is! Every detail of the house demonstrates the quality of the builders!
We partnered with Shelterwood Construction on the construction of our super energy efficient custom home. We chose Shelterwood because building extremely energy efficient homes is their focus and because their previous work impressed us. Shelterwood completed our home on time AND on budget with constructive communication throughout the project. We love the home Shelterwood helped us create.
We live in the first home built by Shelterwood. In 2018 it was selected as the best passive house of the year in North America by the Passive House Institute. This recognition is a well-earned testament to the quality of work of the Shelterwood team and the commitment of Shelterwood to environmentally responsible construction.
