Been battling sending the same paperwork for over a month to these neglectful people. Out on *** to only be left in limbo a month later calling gets you nowhere emailing gets unchecked and not to whoever needs to process. Absolute nightmare dealing with these people on top of the stress you deal with for being out with whatever issues your dealing with.
After submitting claim in September for my father's Death, this was purchased by his employer to cover his funeral and final expenses. The employer submitted claim, my sister and I paid for funeral from our account and now have been waiting for reimbursement, now its January. I have reaching out to Shelter Point Life Insurance Company for over one year in regards to my claims. Shelter Point has not reached out to me and not bothered to hold my employer accountable for failing to provide me with the correct documentation. I wish I can give them 100 negative ? after I ran out of sick day I took *** for 9 days in November of 2023 I turned in the paperwork to my work place on 1-01-2024 . Their excuse is that I didn't put down when I returned to work. I've called and emailed them times and they always tell me that they haven't received my emails. And I cannot tell them over the phone because it has to be done through email only. I don't know how ******** allows this scam company to do business here. Claim number F18810324

These people shouldn't be in business they don't know they're blank from a hole in the ground my paperwork was submitted three different times and each party blames the other it's not even worth it. P.S. drop this company !!!
they are full of f*****g s**t HR in my company is asking why are they doing this they are no good if i could i would've disbarred them from doing business in ******** they do not wanna pay me what's right fully mines my company sent them all the documents and they kept lying that they did not receive it SHAME on them "0 star"
