I would like to give the highest recommendation I can to Morgan Largen, a physical therapist at Sheltering Arms Institute in Sandston, Virginia. I had multiple complications from a classic hip replacement, including nerve damage that resulted in “drop foot.” I was receiving therapy at another facility, but three and a half months after surgery, I was still using a walker. These people at the front desk are very rude. I was standing there waiting to be acknowledged for 10min but the lady kept talking on the phone, then another lady came to the desk & didn't even asked if I was being helped & started talking to the other lady that was on the phone. They both need a class in customer service. Being in the health field this is very much unacceptable & rude. This give the place a bad reputation. Monday November 18th 2024 at 1:56pm
