i have ongoing concerns about the classroom ratios and overall supervision. Too often, the teacher is left alone with too many children, which is not safe or fair to her or the students. It affects her ability to give each child the attention they deserve. I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by the experience my family has had with Sheltering Arms Model Center. What was once a trusted and safe place for children has completely deteriorated under the current leadership and staff. One of the most disturbing incidents involved a one-year-old child suffering a *broken leg* while in the care of a teacher at this center. Our little one has been doing so great at Sheltering Arms for the past two years. This location is perfect and his classmates are wonderful too. We are so glad we chose Sheltering Arms as our intown daycare option!
