I hired Shelter for a minor roof repair and then solar panel installation. The whole process was seamless and honest. Communication was excellent. They actually came back and told me that my roof repair was substantially less than what was originally quoted, so I ended up paying a lot less. And they helped coordinate the solar panel installation when I was not home. Overall I would choose them again without any hesitation!
Excellent experience. Communication was great and multi-channel / easy. Shelter installed a new roof, 14kW system, and two Franklin batteries. Everything is working great.
Well right before the holiday season and during a strong storm, we realized our roof had sprung a few leaks. So knowing that a big storm with winds up to 80mph was coming before Christmas, folks from Shelter Roofing came out before the storm and placed a tarp in the right zone. Those winds were so gusty that they tore the tarp and today, right before the next wave of storms are about to hit, they came back and replaced the tarp with another one. This company reroofed my house in the summer of 2024. Now that a year and a half has passed and we've had a few heavy rains, I can confidently report that they did a good job. With a project of this magnitude, it's probably a good idea to be on the premises and share any concerns you may have, but the roofers worked hard and I'm happy with the result.
Great experience with Shelter roofing and solar, had solar panels and backup batteries installed also a complete roof replacement. Everyone from sales, roofers and electricians were great. They were very attention to detail, cleaned up throughly everyday and very friendly. Very happy with my new system and roof. Couldn’t be happier..
