Had issues with an existing inverter for my home solar panel system. Shelter Roofing and Solar did the initial roofing and solar install in 2000. Totally satisfied with the customer service and workmanship. Six years later, Shelter Roof and Solar customer service standards remain high. Branden did an excellent job installing the replacement inverter and got the app working. All panels are functioning again. Thank you Branden and Shelter Roofing and Solar.
I called Shelter and Blake came to my house on time and thoroughly explained the process and got me a new roof with no hiccups, he was always available for my questions and always answered promptly. I had gotten some competing quotes with one being more expensive by $3k another cheaper by $1400 but because of his attention to detail I trusted he would be a good fit for the job. We chose Shelter Roofing and Solar because of a strong referral from a good friend who was super happy with their service. And we were glad we did. This was a large project that included replacing underlayment on a tile roof, which also required the removal of 28 solar panels. What made it particularly complicated was that this was a rental property of ours, and we live 350 miles from the property.
