They withdrew my entire paycheck and changed and upped my policy by $100 without even telling me. I had no accidents or incidents to cause this either it was completely random and after days of trying to talk to someone higher up about a refund, solution, or explanation I got nothing. Really ruined everything for me. I am extremely low income, this whole incident caused me to not be able to pay my rent and everything. They lied on paper work to try and get my fiancé a discount, which only ended up hurting her policy. They pulled over $400 from her account with no explanation and no phone call before hand. They charged me an extra $41 unexplained, and sent it to a debt collector before ever giving me a phone call or attempting to reach out and get me to pay before going to such extreme measures.
