Horrible experience. Fumbled my loan. Every document was sent in on time. Every request met. They took their sweet time and made an effort to not work on my loan. Missed timelines, gave incorrect approval amounts and cost me the loan. The loan it did not close because of them and cost me thousands of dollars. I wish zero was an option!
