Mind-boggling responsive, impressively patient, consistently updated and communicated, and upon request, took the time to break down the fluctuations/variations between updated and evolving estimates for the closing costs. I don’t imagine I’d have received such personalized prioritization from almost anywhere else. It’s evident that Robbie Crozier is very skilled and enjoys what he does.

I was referred to Shelter from a family member and had the worst experience. Multiple instances our documentation was wrong, they misunderstood being a medically retired veteran with someone who is retired (over the age of 65). Multiple calls and emails asking for the same documentation by different people. No communication on updates, no idea where our loan was at at any point. Robbie and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with! I can’t say enough great things about them, and cannot thank Robbie enough for being the best resource to us during our home buying process and even beyond. He and his team are extremely responsive and detail oriented.
