We had a terrible experience at this rental. We stayed at the Shelter 1 property for 4 days. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, but it didn't take long for us to realize there were bedbugs in the property. My wife was bitten multiple times, which was not only uncomfortable but also extremely distressing. We informed the management but their response was slow and unhelpful.
