My mom and me have been with them for at least 4 or 5 years maybe more . We have always had great experiences with claims. We also like that Mrs Tracie is always a phone call or email away . If you call to many times she’s really concern that your world is crumbling n she responds quickly .
Awesome policy, killer customer service and it couldn't be from anyone any better.
So gave it 3 Stars 10 months ago. Now a 1 Star. We have all of our insurance thru her. Don't know why. She's only worried about the money. Have a guy come to my door saying I'm here to take pictures of your house. Excuse me??? She lacked of giving a courtesy call to give us heads up that they were coming. Gentleman was nice and stated he gave her a list and she should have. Hmm mm
