He went above and beyond to help them get everything set up smoothly — from transferring their policies to explaining all the details clearly. Great customer service
I have been with Shelter Insurance for over 30 years. I have had to file several claims o er the years from tornado damage to car wrecks and each time Steve or Bo were right there with words of encouragement and timely checks to help us recover. I can not express how important it is to have an agent that you are truly connected to. I have never felt like I was just another number. Thank you Steve, Bo and now the next generation of agents Hunter and Paul.
