More than great things to say about this agent. She went above and beyond to help me with an insurance quote. Normally I work with another agent, but couldn’t get ahold of him when I needed. Kara-Jean helped answer my questions, and did an insurance review to make sure I had the best coverage not only on my vehicles, but also life insurance. She took the time to talk to be after hours, very professional and knowledgeable.
I have insurance with her and the price went up without clarification, and when I call her, don't answer.
She helped me a lot as an international student she understands my situation
