Interestingly, your Insurance Agent is sorta one of those people you hope you don't need, right? But when you need them, you need them. I recently had 2 claims: 1 for auto (daughter hit a deer w/ car); and 1 after the tornado that hit Little Rock on 3/31. In both cases, the claims were handled quickly, and professionally by Richard and the Shelter Team of adjustors (Auto-Ginny) and home handled by Jerry Hayes.
