We have had the BEST experiences with Rebecca and Shelter! We were hit by a tornado this spring and they had our adjuster here only 2 days after! (The days following the tornado we got I think 9"+ inches of rain) Most everyone else's insurance companies took closer to a week or 2 before sending someone out. The one thing I won't forget is being told over the phone by our adjuster is that it wouldn't be fair to us to make us wait with everything we were dealing with.
