I appreciate Kerry Phillips Shelter Insurance. Chris expertly assisted me in choosing property insurance. I asked for information regarding auto insurance which he promptly provided and which I promptly misplaced. I requested the information again and Chris graciously emailed it to me. The staff at Shelter Insurance are very friendly and informed. I would recommend this office wholeheartedly.

I just wrapped up my second hail claim in a year with Shelter Insurance, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and efficient. They had an adjuster out to look at my Jeep right away, and the payment was deposited into my account the very same day. When the auto body shop discovered additional damage that wasn’t on the original estimate, they submitted a supplemental claim to Shelter—which was handled quickly and paid directly to the shop without any issues.
