Very helpful
Had insurance with her since August 2015. 2 rate increases, with a 12 year perfect driving record. She never returns calls, or text messages, and cannot be reached at the office. Called her 3 times in the last month, left voicemails, texts etc. Never once did she reply. CANCELLED today. Worst customer service Ive seen in the industry.
