I had a bad experience with this company but the agent was his fault and now I’m still feeling not good and emotional and financially damaged !
They never pick up calls unfortunately. I show up in person and they tell me I could do it over the phone 🙄
When Doug was in the office, we could generally get a hold of him within 1-2 business days. However, we recently had a need to increase our liability coverage and add an umbrella policy and no joke spent nearly 3 weeks trying to chase someone down. Doug is out of the office due to some kind of extended circumstance, and I wish him the best, but in this case, adequate coverage should have been planned/assigned.
