Worst agent I've ever dealt with - cancelled a vehicle that we did not ask to have cancelled then wanted to blame us. Told us we would have insurance back that day and learned a week and one day later, from our new agent, that we do not have coverage on this vehicle. Never use these people!!!

As Ms. ******* mentioned, the Auto policy was cancelled in error. Since this had occurred, Ms. ******* has changed to the ****** ****** and the policy was reinstated. Mr. ******'s District Sales Manager has addressed this issue. I apologize for whatever inconveniences this may have caused.
