I’ve been insured through this Shelter office for about five years and always paid on time. Recently, I moved my auto policies because the premium for two vehicles with lower coverage was higher than what I was quoted elsewhere for three vehicles with better coverage. I got a great price for insurance, but I'm highly disappointed in their customer service team. For whatever reason my two vehicles were split up to have separate payments and the customer service agent failed to add in the second vehicle and insisted x amount was all I owed. Come to find out, the policy on the second vehicle was canceled. There was no room to extend to my next payday, since by the time I found out I owed more, I did not have the funds.
